This development represented an opportunity to develop a high quality landmark regeneration project in Machynys West. Wasya is the Project Architect for the main feature apartment building, designed with a strong ecological ethos.
East Dock Offices, Portishead.
Architect responsible for the design and delivery of 2 start-up business office blocks within a new dockside development in Portishead.
New Campus – Northbrook, Worthing.
Architect in team responsible for the development of the new campus to stage D and to application in principle. (Value £45m).
Manor Site Redevelopment for Northumbria University.
This £35m development is seen as an opportunity to provide Northumbria University with a clear and strong identity within the city of Newcastle whilst further contributing to the city’s recent portfolio of high quality new buildings. Key role as Architect in the team delivering the design and information up to Planning.
Sports Hall, Northolt.
A £1.4 million 4 court sports hall facility with associated facilities. Project Architect responsible for coordination of information packages from the different disciplines, liaison with the client and supervision of the contractor on site.
Refurbishment of a listed museum building to create an education facility.
An HLF funded project aimed to convert a Grade II listed building in the scenic grounds of the Oxfordshire Museum Woodstock in an education facility. Key role as design and Project Architect.
Reorganisation, Refurbishment and alteration to Faringdon Community College.
The rationalisation of the different faculties in the college and the implementation of this process through internal alteration of classrooms to create the different generic classrooms to suit.
New Heritage Centre for Wiltshire and Swindon Boroughs. The new £10 million Wiltshire and Swindon Heritage Centre will preserve documentary, object and archaeological evidence of the Country’s past and will carry important custodial, educational and promotional roles. Key role as part of the team working on design development and preparation for information to RIBA Stage E.
Post Graduate Business Learning Centre for Oxford Brookes University.
This £2m development for MBA and MA students of The Business School of Oxford Brookes University features a Lecture Theatre for 120 students, three ‘Break Out’ Rooms catering for 50 students per room, a suite of offices for Course Managers, a central glazed Atrium, associated toilet facilities, a First Floor link to existing Post Graduate lounges plus judicious soft & hard landscaping. Architect in the team responsible for the development of detailed design packages and production information.
400 Unit Student and Staff Accommodation Campus Surrey University.
He an integral part of the team that prepared the masterplan and design of the various components to this £150m project.
Wasya’s brings a wealth of experience to each projects as he has been involved in the design and construction of a wide range of building types from inception to completion. This has included aspects of feasibility, design , evaluation, working drawing and detailing.
